The successful applicant(s) will undertake a range of duties within one or more PWS Teams, including Employee Relations, Organisational Development, Inclusion and Injury Prevention and Management. The HR Support Officer will undertake a range of activities relating to Strategic Human Resources, Employee Relations, Policy review and development specific to their speciality area. The HR Support Officer will also model, actively promote and work to embed the ACTPS Values (Respect, Integrity, Innovation, Collaboration), signature behaviours, and relevant employment frameworks, including (but not limited to) the Respect, Equity, and Diversity (RED) Framework.…
