Protech has an exciting opportunity for Payroll Officer to join our client in Tomago on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities: • Timely payment of correct wages to company employees and other company payment reconciliations.• Working with a close-knit team on implementing process improvements, simplifications and automation relating to the payroll team.• Accurate entry and amendment of employee records into SyteLine (ERP System) and Attaché, including updating of salary rates and maintaining leave balances.• Strong focus on Customer Service.• Administration duties such as following up enquiries from managers and employees, Month-End / Year-End reconciliations and data entry/filing as required.
