 Food Court Manager (Salaried) ACT     Costco Wholesale Canberra - Food Court Full Time (minimum of 38 hours per week) Rotating roster which will include weekend work and starts from 7a or finishing as late as 10pm Job Duties/Essential Functions• Develops, coaches, counsels, and directs food court personnel• Mentors and provides direct assistance to the food court supervisor• Monitors employee performance and provides proactive feedback to promote team work and accountability• Participates in the employment process by making recommendations for hiring, promotion, and termination• Participates in food court employee evaluations• Responds to employee concerns using problem solving skills, tact, and discretion in accordance with the CostcoEmployee Agreement and other applicable regulations• Approves timecards and other reports• Implements and upholds proper food court and general safety and sanitation procedures and standards• Determines product production requirements and participates in production• Observes employee performance and paperwork to ensure proper department production and cash handling proceduresand standards are followed•…
