The ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field.Demonstrated experience in a similar HR advisory role with a strong focus on ER and IR.Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation, industrial awards, and Fair Work regulations.Proven ability to effectively manage employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a fair and equitable manner.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.WHY WORK FOR SGS?
