About the Role Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will process and track all warranty claims, process claims and the return shipment of warranty repairs within the required timeframes whilst working with head office in Adelaide. You will develop relationships and build trust with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities• Prepare, submit and monitor warranty claims to factory• Raise purchase orders and invoices• Address customer queries• Coordinate warranty returns with Parts department• Liaising with factory overseas to discuss/dispute claim outcomes• Updating databases• Filing and generating reports• Manage the Warranty P&L report• Prepare monthly journals• Liaise with Adelaide Remanufacturing team• Quality control reporting About You Certificate IV Business Administration OR 3 years Administration experience Strong MS Office computer literacy and proficiency, particularly excel. Mining Background and/or Mechanical/Electrical aptitude Initiative and self-drive with problem solving skills. Passion for learning new things, sense of Pride, high attention to detail.
