Our client based in Braeside specialises in intralogistics and material handling automation solutions. And cater to various industries such as e-commerce, retail, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing. They are currently seeking a Permanent Full-Time Warehouse Spare Parts Coordinator to join their team. If you have experience as Spare Parts Coordinator this may be the role for you! The shift time for this role are Day Shift 8am - 5pm. Key Responsibilities: Conducting annual stock takes and providing feedback for administrative workflow enhancement. Entering inventory details into SAP and collaborating with the director and stakeholders within the business to minimize stock loss. Communicating timely with customers to streamline operations and coordinating customer feedback on dispatches. Operating the counter-balance forklift to load & unload trucks Performing order picking and packing duties using RF Scanner as needed. Supporting supervisors in understanding departmental requirements and ensuring timely product delivery. Coordinating local, interstate, and international shipping, packaging, and documentation.
