EOI - Teacher - Rapid Response Team (RRT) - short term opportunities in regional schools, Teach Queensland

Expressions of interest are sought from existing permanent or temporary teachers currently located in North Coast, Metropolitan and South East Regions to be part of the Teacher Rapid Response Team (RRT). The Teacher Rapid Response Team is a talent pool of existing Department of Education teachers that can be deployed at short notice to help fill critical vacancies across Far North Queensland, North Queensland, Central Queensland and Darling Downs South West Region. This provides teachers with the opportunity to temporarily relocate to undertake a short-term placement for a minimum of 4 weeks up to a semester. Permanent teachers undertaking RRT placements are guaranteed to return to their base school at the end of the short-term placement and temporary teachers may have the opportunity to secure permanency.
