We are looking for a 2 x full time Customer Experience Support Coordinators to join our Customer Experience Team on the Gold Coast. You will be responsible for responding to, and solving customer enquiries over the phone, in person from our Showroom Service Desk and via email, online, or social media. We'd love to hear from you if you are interested in customer experience and would like to be part of a supportive team. What You Will Be Doing: Efficently handle return and order inquiries from our Showroom Service Desk and on the phone, online chat, and email. Correctly input and record customer information to maintain robust data capture. Complete daily salesforce caseload to a high standard. Ensure a consistent ABI customer experience across all touchpoints, maintaining high standards of service.
