About Us GLNG Operations Pty Ltd (“GLNG OPL”)  The GLNG joint venture, comprising Santos, Petronas, TotalEnergies and KOGAS (“the GLNG Particpants”) is an unincorporated joint venture established for the purpose of the operating the GLNG Plant on Curtis Island and the marketing of LNG from the GLNG Plant (“the GLNG Project”).    GLNG OPL is appointed by the GLNG Participants as (i) the downstream operator of the GLNG Project (i.e. the GLNG Plant and the transmission pipelines), and (ii) agent on behalf of the GLNG Participants, in relation to the marketing aspects of the business.
