PERSOLKELLY are actively recruiting for an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our Sydney West NSW office. You will work closely alongside our Senior Consultants to build your own client base, and to support them with their recruitment needs. You will be specialising in placing candidates into Accounting and Finance roles. If you enjoy being busy and working in a fast paced environment - this is the job for you! This desk would be best suited to someone that enjoys new business development to infiltrate new and existing companies. An instant rapport builder that enjoys networking and making new relationships. In return, you will join an office of energetic consultants who like to have fun. Your career progression will be clearly mapped out for you. There is currently 40+ Consultants in the PERSOLKELLY Seven hills branch. This is a SALES based role and will be great for someone with previous sales experience who is confident in speaking with and building relationships with new Clients and existing clients.

Duties will include:

Actively seeking and building relationships with new prospect clients within NSW
Taking responsibility for existing client accounts and growing/ retaining those relationships
Booking meetings with your clients to plan recruitment requirements and take any job specifications
Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn etc, shortlisting and presenting them according to the job description
Negotiating job offers
Negotiating sales fees
Building candidate pools for high volume client requirements
Working collaboratively with the entire team, with active contribution to team marketing and training
Checking in with clients regarding new and ongoing employees
Adhere to PERSOLKELLY's systems, policy, procedures and legislative requirements
Meeting agreed KPI activity and revenue targets



Desirable applicants will possess:

Minimum of 12 months experience, ideally in a Sales based role
Experience working in a high-pressured environment, meeting deadlines, working towards KPI's
Fantastic attention to detail and ability to be versatile with conflicting priorities throughout the day
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A professional and ethical manner
Must have drivers licence and own vehicle
Comfortable with Outlook and Microsoft Suite
A desire and competitive drive to meet and exceed targets and KPI's
