Internal Sales Representative

Based at Dandenong South, a great opportunity awaits for an experienced professional in internal account management/sales. This is a key role where you will be supported by dedicated external sales, accounts, marketing and warehouse team in addition to unlimited support from existing sales/customer service team members throughout Australia.Duties include: Building strong relationships with our client base. Assisting trade clients (both existing & new) via the telephone/email/in person including ensuring that enquiries/leads and quotations are handled in a professional and pro- active manner as well as ensuring orders are processed in an accurate manner. Raising quotations as required Sales order entry and allocation of stock (invoicing when assisting Customer Service Administration staff) New customer set-up within the Glass Outlet database.
