Overview: We're seeking a Facilities Manager with a technical hard services background in the South East. Requirements: We're seeking a Facilities Manager with a hard services background who can oversee the day to day running of a complex commercial property. You will have a minimum of 5 years FM experience, a track record of working with key stakeholders while being able to ensure that the day to day building mechanics run smoothly. Prior experience will include managing planned maintenance, issuing work permits, coordinating trades, OH&S, risk and compliance and tenancy coordination. As the ideal candidate you will have worked at a large institution or a major commercial property with a mix of old and new plant.
