The Opportunity

successful hospo company. We are looking for positions across all three restaurants from CDP level
down to kitchen hands.
This is an opportunity to take your passion and knowledge to the next level. Many of our cooks

following experience:
• 3+ years relevant experience in the industry
• Food preparation, cooking and seasoning knowledge
• Worked in a quality restaurant, pub, cafe, or hotel
• Good knife skills and a desire to learn
• An understanding of HACCP and hygiene practices
• Good communication skills, attitude and be a team player
