We have a position for a fully qualified mechanic with experience on numerous makes of vehicles including 4WD's.

Position: Motor Mechanic
Type of employment: Full-time, 38 hours per week
Skills and experience: formal qualification at least 2 years` experience is required.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Servicing, diagnosing and repairing motor vehicles according to manufacturer`s specifications;
- Making necessary reports on job cards, report to workshop manager about any works done on service/repair vehicles;
- Taking vehicles for test drive before and after service/repair and report any issued and necessary work to be done on the vehicle;
- Present a professional image to the customer through excellent service, safe operation, and timeliness;
- Maintain the workshop in compliance with Company guidelines.
You must have:
• Excellent customer service skills and a ‘willing to help’ attitude
• Experience working with a wide variety of vehicles, in addition to excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of operating in a safety-accredited working environment
• The ability to work in a team environment, but also unsupervised
Salary will be commensurate with experience from $70,000 plus superannuation.
