An exciting opportunity is now available for a People & Culture Delivery Partner to join our team based in Brisbane. You will be responsible for supporting and contributing to the success of our Defence portfolio, this role will see you managing your key client group including a large blue-collar workforce. Driving exciting People & Culture initiatives and ensuring successful project delivery for your stakeholder group. Most importantly you will provide advisory support and coaching to managers, effectively supporting with employee relations and industrial relations matters.
