Phone, Laptop, FMCV / Vehicle Allowance Position Summary: The role has the responsibility to identify, develop and win new service and maintenance business by offering solutions utilizing the clients Product Range and Service capability. The role will also assume responsibility for accelerating key aftermarket opportunities and accounts within an assigned territory, whilst maintaining a high level of Customer Satisfaction. New business development is the primary focus accounting for 70% of your time with the other 30% on Account / key account management. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for determining market possibilities for new aftermarket products and extending the market for established ones. Signing service contracts with new customers and converting existing ones onto long-term service and maintenance plans. It will be essential to establish Voice of Customer surveys to drive customer satisfaction and retention, as well as to identify and evaluate aftermarket opportunities and understand customer requirements for Industrial Sales and Aftermarket business units. Key account identification and management, along with proactive targeting for additional service work, will be crucial. Furthermore, maintaining knowledge of market development and accurately assessing new business opportunities will be part of your responsibilities. Providing support to various stakeholders and producing regular reports to management are also important aspects of this role. Resolving customer complaints and disputes is another critical responsibility, along with supporting Company objectives in quality and environment, health, and safety. What You Need: To excel in this position, you will need to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in PC applications such as SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and databases. Being able to meet deadlines, organize work priorities, and maintain a flexible and "can do" attitude will be essential. You should also be capable of working on agreed initiatives with minimal support and be willing to travel as required.
