Reporting directly to the Compliance Manager, you’ll lead the daily activities of our team of assessors, ensuring the timely delivery of targets, and managing assessment escalations effectively. Additionally, you will serve as a mentor and coach to team members, providing support and guidance as needed. We're searching for an individual who not only brings compliance expertise but also possesses the finesse to manage escalations and troubleshoot assessments with internal and external stakeholders.
