Main Responsibilities: Addressing email inquiries and phone calls promptly. Generating repair quotations from job cards and converting them into orders, as well as invoicing via Ostendo. Handling repair orders, including accessing ERP systems. Sending certification and preparing paperwork for shipping to customers, including booking via freight companies Collaborating with customers via phone and email, coordinating with workshop information on repair work. Tracking and accurate recording of service and repair documentation. Managing workloads efficiently, meeting deadlines, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of work. Adhering to Health & Safety regulations and standards.Proactively seeking solutions to problems and identifying opportunities for process enhancement.Undertaking other operational tasks as required. The ideal candidate: Possesses a moderate level of computer literacy. Demonstrates the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
