Medical Officer (CCU/ICU)

The Friendly Society Private Hospital is seeking Medical Registrars to provide onsite medical care to patients in our Critical Care Unit (Coronary & Intensive Care), working alongside many supportive specialists & nurses. Your role: Contribute to all aspects of clinical care, under the guidance of our credentialled medical specialists and the Director of Critical Care. Conduct a comprehensive patient assessment on all admissions into the Critical Care Unit, collaborating with the specialist team to plan care. Attend patient rounds, document ongoing management, and communicate treatment goals with the nursing team. Review any patient concerns and attend to deteriorating patients as part of the medical emergency team. Perform any necessary procedures as required, including PIVC, CVC, PICC and arterial cannulation.
