Inclusion Support - Bellfield

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Inclusion Support Worker to join our client's team in Bellfield. This role will focus on providing tailored support to children in kindergarten class, aged 3 to 5 years, who require additional assistance. Job Responsibilities: Work closely with the kindergarten class to support children with additional needs or challenging behaviors, ensuring they can fully participate in all activities. Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement individualized support plans for each child, focusing on their unique strengths and needs. Provide one-on-one support to children as needed, offering guidance, encouragement, and assistance with activities.
