We are on the hunt for a well rounded Restaurant Manager, that comes with great service standards, leadership, energy, financial acumen & attention to detail. We are recruiting for x2 different Restaurant Manager positions in Sydney's East for two high quality employers & roles. Both opportunities come with unique service models & desirable skillsets but ultimately will be appealing to similar candidates. Both operations require early mornings but also early finishes, a good mix of functions & a la carte service. Service would be best described as high quality but approachable, with the food offerings to a high standard, with Michelin or Hatted chefs.
