HR Reward and Policy Specialist About the role Reporting to the Reward and Policy Manager, the Reward and Policy Specialist will collaborate with the business and HR teams to undertake job evaluations, annual salary reviews/ benchmarking as well as support and contribute to the annual performance and reward cycle. This role provides technical analysis of internal pay practices and market trends and develops, analyses and reviews new and existing policies. Key responsibilities: Interfacing with various stakeholder and working groups. Assisting with reward projects, building reports and trackers. Responsible for confidential and sensitive remuneration and financial data. Responsible for the maintenance of the Company’s position description database and enquiries. Responsible for maintaining employee salary records and participating in system audits. Ensuring the Company adheres to reward and policy legislation and case law.
