Hotel Services Assistant

The Role                                                                                    At Infin8care, Hotel Services Assistants play a critical role in providing quality housekeeping and cleaning services which focus on infection control and ensure a safe and healthy living environment for residents. Working closely with the Facility Manager and the Hotel Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for cleaning of resident rooms and common areas as well as a providing laundry services and generally ensuring that residents daily needs are met.                                                                          About You Compassionate, with a customer service mindset, you are a strong communicator and problem solver who ‘thinks on your feet’, builds supportive relationships, and strives for the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and order within the entire facility. You possess a commitment to resident wellbeing as well as the following, A willingness to work weekends on a roster basis.
