About the Position: The role administers and enforces Council's Local Laws, Animal Control and Community Laws programs with enthusiasm while being able to interpret and apply relevant legislation in a consistent, courteous and reasonable manner. You will: Investigate a range of legislative controls focusing on, but not limited to, animal management, protection of amenity through Local Laws, rubbish dumping and parking. Gather evidence, issue infringements and prepare briefs of evidence and reports that support the giving of evidence as a witness to achieve successful outcomes.
