Purpose;Angle Auto Finance is an independent financier in Australia, bringing a modern platform and a flexible business approach to help more Australians with their car purchase.The purpose of this role is to support Service to our NLI’s and end customers for all Managed Novated Accounts.Core responsibilitiesProvide proactive support to third party introducers and customers by exceeding customer expectations within agreed SLAs for all Novated Managed Accounts:Payout letters/Residual letters/Residual Tax invoiceStatement and document requestsProcessing cessationsProcessing account Re-NovationsReviewing and processing refunds on managed accountsLiaising with Novated Introducers on Security Substitution including PPSR removal and registration of new PPSRSupporting Novated Introducers through answering queries regarding active accounts via phone / emailKey Stakeholders;Relationship ManagersCollections DepartmentNovated Lease introducersCustomer CareQualifications & Experience;Tertiary qualified in Business, Commerce or Finance (desired, but not essential) ExperienceStrong customer service experience, building customer rapportExperience in a startup environment or within Financial Services (Auto Finance) desirableInternal and external relationship and stakeholder managementExcellent time management and attention to detailAbility…
