Senior Code of Practice Compliance Analyst

The Code group at the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) monitor insurers compliance with five Industry Codes of Practice . By driving best practice, its aim is to improve standards of service in the financial services industry - ultimately helping to create a better experience for customers. The Code group is a separately operated and funded business unit of AFCA working with the independent Code Compliance Committees that monitor the Codes of Practice. The role of Senior Code Compliance Analyst will report to the Senior Manager.  Senior Code Compliance Analysts lead and support the delivery of compliance monitoring activities to support the work of independent Code committees.
