Our client, a well established, family owned Cold Logistics Supplier, is seeking a switched on leader to manage their PM shift based at Arndell Park. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the Loader team, ensuring that the PM shift runs effectively. This is a permanent role and the hours are 8:30pm to 5:30am Sunday to Thursday. Duties include but are not limited to: Overseeing the activities of the Loader team, ensuring compliance in accordance with company policies, HACCP & WHS expectations Managing communication between Operations to ensure smooth despatch schedule is met for start up of next day. Ensuring store support communication is continuous and up to date with expected delays/delivery times.
