Regional Sales Manager About the role Reporting into the National Sales Manager, this role is responsible for maximising the profit and volume of Cyclone’s rural products covering within Victoria and Tasmania. In these regions, the key focus will be on the rural market in more concentrated volumes. The role requires 1-2 weeks travel to Tasmania every 6 weeks to establish and maintain contact with our customer base and distributor network. You will also; Building strong relationships with key customers within the Victorian and Tasmanian regions Identify trends and develop appropriate sales strategies and business plans Meet sales targets and drive new business development in the assigned territory Maintain ongoing awareness of the industry trends and competitor activity Analyse sales performance and provide monthly reports Promote advantages of the Cyclone range, provide training and guidance around fencing options Ensure development of regional safety plans and roll out of any safety initiatives.
