This is a full-time role based in our Wetherill Park office, reporting to the General Manager - Customer Service. Duties & responsibilities: Overseeing day to day operations, ensuring performance goals are assigned and completed. Driving service levels by managing response times, accuracy, and technical suitability of inquiries. Implementing and monitoring customer service metrics for capacity and quality. Delegating responsibilities effectively, recruiting, onboarding, and training high-performing team members. Resolving internal conflicts efficiently, maintaining a presence withing relevant Sales teams and operating with Quality Assurance guidelines to ensure safety.
