About The Role Overseeing our Branch Network from Gladstone to Townsville, you will motivate and influence our Northern QLD Branch Network to grow through successful coordination, training and implementation of sales and staff development plans with a focus on lifting capability. You will also need to proactively look for ways to improve the business and implement the required actions to assist in your Team’s desire to deliver exceptional customer service and products to our customers and drive the Auswide Bank Branch Network growth goals.
