About Us Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCA) is a leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment.  The Opportunity HCA’s Muswellbrook Branch has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us in the position of Service Administrator. Reporting to the Administration Manager, your responsibilities will include: Process purchase orders, invoices, organise and schedule training Payroll support - collating timesheets and leave Processing vendor invoices Working with Projects and Customer Support team to resolve any issues relating to WIP Compile information required for internal & external audits Production order preparation and timely closure for all service invoicing Assist in other general Service administration tasks Maintenance of local databases to track WIP To be successful in this role you will have: Previous experience in a similar administrative role Experience or exposure to maintaining fleet vehicles and/or Payroll experience, advantageous.
