The Position Reporting into the CEO, the role of Grain Trader will be responsible for business-critical elements related to the company’s commercial activity. These include: Develop and implement a trading strategy for the business, ensuring oversight and accountability across the acquisition, trading and merchandising of product. Negotiate trades, strategy development, pricing, manage commodity positions and optimise all relevant portfolio areas. Regularly visit, engage and communicate with growers, year-round.
