The Lucas Group is working with Bluemoon Packing, a leading fruit packing facility in Western Australia’s South West, seeking an experienced Assistant Packhouse Manager to join their team. Located in Kirup, just 30 minutes from Bunbury, Bluemoon Packing is a family-owned company that has been providing high quality packing services to local fruit growers for over 20 years. The Assistant Packhouse Manager will oversee all operations on the packhouse floor including managing staff, maintaining quality standards, improving productivity, and ensuring a safe work environment. You will lead a team of supervisors and staff to efficiently run the state-of-the-art Compaq pack line. This is a hands-on role, so you must have experience working in a fast-paced packing facility and operating complex packing equipment.
