We are looking for an experienced Loss Prevention Officer to join our expanding team your primary responsibility is to identify areas of risk and potential loss. You will be responsible in implementing policies, procedures, and reporting and collaborating closely with various departments, you will play a key role in minimizing shrinkage, preventing fraud, and ensuring the overall security of our assets. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain inventory control procedures while collaborating with teams to minimize shrinkage. Prepare detailed reports on loss prevention activities. Conduct investigations, review cycle count adjustments, ensure compliance, reconcile discrepancies, and enhance physical security to mitigate shrinkage. Review till and banking discrepancies, monitor petty cash transactions, conduct store audits, and compare banking activities Fraud and case management, participate in projects to reduce return rates, and liaise with external parties for investigations if necessary.
