They are currently looking for an experience Tavern Manager to join their business on a permanent basis. What will this position entail? You will be responsible for managing the Restaurant, Bar and Bottle Shop. Some of the general responsibilities will include, however, not be limited to: Oversee all operations of the venue. Recruit, supervise and rostering of the front of house staff, kitchen staff and retail staff, including managing labour costs. Organising events and marketing.
