About The Role The Parts Coordinator is responsible for the provision of accurate parts advice, dispatch and administrative services to the Mining Division and it’s customers. This role is based on a 7/7 roster in Perth. Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Use of relevant warehouse computer systems including word and excel Staging parts Compiling parts kits Order stock from suppliers and maintain accurate records, files and reports. Inspect and maintain items as per quality control techniques Working with Project team closely to assist with parts related matters in order to achieve project team’s goals Use of Forklift – load & unload of trucks The Parts Coordinator is responsible for the provision of accurate parts advice, dispatch and admini Certificate II Warehousing & Storage or 2-5 years’ industry experience Relevant parts experience Attention to detail Knowledge of mining excavators & trucks and their components.
