Reporting to our Field Service Branch Manager, this role will see you providing support and guidance to a dedicated team of Field Service Plant Mechanics & Auto Electricians throughout the Hunter Valley region. With a key focus on customer relationships, you will utilise your previous experience to effectively manage labour allocations and ensure all work is completed in a suitable timeframe. As a Supervisor with WesTrac, you will work closely with other Field Service Supervisors to create a team atmosphere and foster a safety-first attitude amongst your technicians.
