Planning & Development Manager Division: Boral Constr Mat Limited Department: OVERHEAD CMC Work type: Permanent - full time Location: Brisbane Your next opportunity Following the consolidation of a new team, an opportunity exists for a Brisbane based Planning and Development Manager to provide direction and professional advice/assistance on all aspects of planning and development matters within the North region of the Boral business which includes Qld/NT and WA. The role is integral to securing Boral’s right to occupy and use its land. Boral’s property use rights are reflected in a range of documents e.g. leases, licences, mining tenements, planning and statutory approvals. With direct responsibility for attaining and maintaining statutory approvals, this integral role will project manage the identification, preparation for, and negotiation of successful outcomes on all planning and approval-related matters across Boral’s diverse portfolio including concrete, asphalt, recycling and the extractive and mining industries.
