Recruitment SpecialistAbout the role You’ll be joining the People Experience team as a Recruitment Specialist supporting our branch network.  In this role, you’ll be supporting managers with all their recruitment needs, guiding  them through the hiring process with everything from advice on advertising to screening, sourcing, interview coordination and offer management.   There is an opportunity to get involved in recruitment and people experience projects, as we look at continuous improvements in our service delivery and embed new technologies that can support us in our work.Your backgroundWe are looking for someone with strong customer service skills, good attention to detail and a sense of urgency as this is a very fast paced environment.  Strong relationship building skills are a must, as you’ll build relationships with your key stakeholders across the branch network, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor for all things recruitment, supporting internal and external hiring. We’d love to be able to fill this role…
