Position Description The Y Canberra Region has been part of the Canberra community since 1941, growing side by side with our local people, families, youth and community. Over the years, our programs and services have diversified into what we offer today from recreation to youth, accommodation to children services. We are currently recruiting for a full time Customer Care Team OSHC Bookings Officer (CCT OSHC Bookings Officer) to work at our Head Office in Deakin ACT. This position is primarily responsible for assisting the Customer Care Team Manager in the delivery of administrative and accounts support services for OSHC services, and to create an effective overlap capability with the Manager to allow seamless support delivery in their absence.
