RTS leverages the in-house capabilities within Downer to offer integrated solutions covering rollingstock, infrastructure, rail systems, operations and maintenance, as well as system integration. Downer provide asset management services to over 50% of the Sydney Suburban Rollingstock. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Service Manager to join our team at AMC. In your role you will be accountable for ensuring that all maintenance support services are conducted to zero harm standards, effectively and efficiently whilst maintaining availability and reliability targets. Maintenance support services includes management of rolling stock movements, wheel lathe fleet maintenance, presentation activities and electronic test facility repair/refurbishment activities. About you: 5 Years Operational Experience and/or Leadership Experience Understanding of rollingstock sub-systems & maintenance, Zero Harm risk management principles Knowledge of Asset and Configuration Management principles Experienced with an asset Management software, Maximo preferrable.
