An exciting opportunity is now available for a reliable full time Help Desk Supervisor. This role is responsible for the provision of administrative support services to management and the Helpdesk/Call centre function by Downer on-site at Head Quarters Joint Operations Command (HQJOC) at Bungendore. The role is FT on site with a rotating roster. Flexibility in availability will be requiredSkills and ExperienceAbility to hold an appropriate Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizenship mandatory) Exceptional internal and external customer service skills Ability to work in a team environment. Experience dealing with the public Knowledge of necessary procedures and processes for operating a Call Centre / Helpdesk Function Solid background and experience in office administration Experience with the ability to utilise and understand software programs such as Microsoft Access, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, e-mail, internet and intranet. The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic, achieve highest level of safety, quality of work and have a genuine passion for excellent customer service.
