About The Role Part-Time (Tuesday- Friday: 8am-4pm) Located in the heart of the Claremont community, Aegis Alfred Carson provides quality care and services for up to 90 residents in a modern and homely living environment. Alfred Carson utilize state-of-the-art equipment providing Residents with quality care and easier working conditions for our staff. We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-driven individual to join the Alfred Carson Facility team as a Therapy Assistant on a Permanent Part-Time basis. As an integral part of the team, you will: Provide mobility and exercise programs to our Residents under the direction and supervision of the Physiotherapist. Provide recreational and other Therapeutic activity programs to our Residents under the direction and supervision of the Occupational Therapist. Participate in the organisation and planning of Therapy programs. Deliver a range of Therapy-based activity programs as directed. Complete accurate documentation in line with relevant guidelines.
