This role is responsible for the provision of preventative, palliative, and rehabilitative clinical care for our residents. The approach to care is holistic, taking into account the physical, social and spiritual needs of each resident.
To be successful in this role you will need:
Availability to work across all rostered shifts, including morning, afternoon and night, or on call if required
Able to understand and manage computer documentations systems and ACFI systems for data entry
National Criminal History Check, or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
Ability to work within the Christian ethos and framework of Carinity
Supervisory skills and the ability to lead and train subordinate staff
Experience in Aged Care, ACFI, wound care, and assessments
Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
Current Flu and COVID-19 Vaccinations
Excellent time management skills
A current First Aid Certificate
