Early Childhood Educator Room Leader Reference number: 10242 Closing date: 11:00pm, 11 February 2024  Temporary Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities   Salary commencing at BAND5, $40.47 per hour plus 11% superannuation (commensurate with experience)  The Opportunity  This position will see you leading, supervising and guiding educational programs and staff to ensure the effective day to day operation of Council’s Childcare Services. You will take responsibility in ensuring that appropriate systems, processes and programs are implemented and are reviewed to ensure the successful delivery of professional programs.  Reporting directly to the Childcare Centre Coordinator, you will work in collaboration with the team to plan and implement play-based programs that meet the individual developmental strengths, interests and needs of each child in a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment.
