The position is to support the Defence Account Manager with contractual requirements such as KPIs, adhoc reporting and meeting deadlines. A key focus in supporting customer feedback and overall responsibility for reviewing and assigning the feedback to relevant portfolio managers. Job Responsibilities
Collating and managing KPI reporting on a monthly, quarterly basis, and as required
Analysing and interpreting data in a meaningful and clear manner
Preparation of reports to meet professional standards for presentation to the client
Participate in Tolls customer feedback program by assessing responses, entering details into the database, and escalating this data/information as required
Supporting Portfolio Managers as required
Preparation of Contractual meeting Minutes
Other duties as required to support the Defence Account
Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need:
Design, graphics and formatting expertise (would be an advantage)
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Ability to present information to management and key stakeholders
Ability to manage highly pressured situations in a fast-paced environment
Ability to demonstrate high standards of honesty and integrity
Ability to work autonomously as well as being a team player
Ability to meet project timeframes and communication outputs
Availability to travel interstate when and where required
