Maintenance Superintendent

02nd April, 2024 RUC Mining currently has an opportunity for a Maintenance Superintendent to join our Tanami Shaft Project. We pay for flights from any capital city in Australia  15/13 roster 15 Shifts on and 13 off (days and nights) Development of maintenance plans for the equipment fleet Hands on position Liaise with maintenance personnel to ensure that preventative maintenance is completed on schedule and equipment repair requirements are communicated Monitor equipment availability and recommend intervention when availability falls below required levels Liaise with other project staff and employees to achieve high standards of care and due diligence  Ensure that lost time due to unplanned stoppages is minimised through immediate breakdown response and proper maintenance planning Support the Project Manager in the development of weekly and daily schedules. Maintain maintenance facilities to a high standard of cleanliness, function and presentation Ensure that mechanical maintenance personnel receive the coaching required to support their respective accountabilities   …
