Celotti Workforce is looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join our client's team, in Darwin NT. This role is Temp to PermMain duties: This is a hands-on role, with Workshop duties as well as overseeing the team. Delegation of manpower i.e. allocating tasks, managing breaks During quieter periods ensure labour is being utilised productively i.e. housekeeping. General Maintenance on shipping containers. Painting and grinding. Tank cleans. Focus on Safety, overseeing others and making sure they’re working safely. Identifying gaps in safety Our Ideal Candidate: Supervisor experience Boilermaker skills (Beneficial) White card. Confined Space. Working at heights. Valid Australian driver's license own transport.
