Working 38 hours per week, across Monday through to Friday 8:00am-4:00pm. This role offers you the opportunity to commence or grow your administrative career, in a family run business. You will join a collaborative and supportive administrative team based in Bayswater, Victoria. Our close-knit team of six administrators support our operations by completing a range of tasks including but not limited to: Answering Client Enquiry Line Answering Office phones Data Entry Processing Invoices  Ordering Supplies Receiving office deliveries  Assist with Client billing  Other Ad-Hoc Admin Tasks About you:   Previous customer service experience.   Previously used Microsoft Office.
