Your New Role As the Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to valued customers in regards to their orders. You will be reporting into the Customer Service Manager who is renowned within the business as a supportive and hardworking mentor. Your main responsibilities will include:
Answering enquiries in regards to company products
Educating customers on best products available
Processing and managing customer orders in SAP
Managing the return of products when required
Updating customer details in the SAP system
General data entry as required
About You
Previous Customer Service, Order Processing, Order Entry or Customer Care experience
A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn
Intermediate MS Office skills
